Pros

One Planet values long term growth for employees and often promotes from within. The executive team is very hands-on so you get to learn from talented professionals, but they also welcome open feedback. Our downtown Walnut Creek office has parking and we get local catered food daily. The office atmosphere is inclusive and coworkers have turned into life-long friends.

Cons

I would suggest more team outings, but I know the culture committee is working on this.

One Planet has a healthy culture and focus on community and society. Lots of different teams and areas to develop your interests and grow your strengths. Healthy lunches every day, parking, fun location, modern office in downtown Walnut Creek, multiple paid volunteer days, employee appreciation parties

Cons

Compared to other companies, nothing worth mentioning.

Pros

CEO is very accessible and honest with the team. SVP of Finance/Controller is also very friendly and accessible to the team. Diverse team and 60% women 9 paid days off for service projects. Profit sharing. Catered lunch daily and great variety of healthy snacks and drinks. Promotes internally often. Mission to give back - January was dedicated to 3 projects to address homelessness. One Planet works with several established charities. Annual Award Ceremony honoring team members who help others, help build a positive company culture. Zero tolerance policy for gossip.

Cons

None that I can think of ... we are constantly updating and improving thanks to our Culture Committee.
