2yWe're disappointed to hear that this was your experience and don't feel it's reflective of the way we operate as a team. We conduct regular reviews and check-ins and strive to empower team members to share feedback if they feel there is a need to better define responsibilities or tasks within a role. We have compensation packages, benefits, and other perks like Service Days, to make sure our team members feel valued and supported in their roles. We support many non-profit organizations and are proud of our community support, and hope to have people on our team who feel the same.
