      Pros

      A lot of good people, great atmosphere. Several very talented managers on the mid and top levels. Good for career start and end of career. Quite modern technological stack. The spirit of start-up.

      Cons

      Lack of processes. 20% of people do 80% of work and everyone is more or less ok with that. Sometimes the company might resemble a juicer. No work-life balance.
