      Company is going to lay off 20 % of its employee. It's share is down 60% since last 200 days.its going to be bankrupt soon.

      Pros

      I used to work in the Bangalore office. The only thing I can think of is the transport service they had. Apart from that everything is a mess.

      Cons

      Where do I start. Higher management does not care much about the employees. There is no work culture. Employees are not appreciated for their work. All the teams work in unplanned ways. Finance team is clueless about stuff. Wish I could give something below one star, but unfortunately that's not an option.
