Pros

1. Most of the new employees were given Mac to work with or at least some new windows laptop. 2. Good pay, WFH facility ( even during normal times), and adequate holidays 3.Try to keep employees engaged through some or other fun events. 4. Good place to settle in career 5. Minimum health plan for a company in healthcare For ppl who just want good pay and basic work this is the best you can get

Cons

1. Work hours could be from 11:30am to 8pm, if you have to work with US employees as well. 2. Your learning totally depends on the team you're put in. 3. Working mostly on legacy softwares & technologies. (There are teams working on Cloud, ML AI etc. but very few imo and probably only have experienced ppl in those teams) 4.Cannot change your team until you've worked for 18months in your current role & team. 5. 3months notice period. 6. Job location will be based on your college location. Mostly you'll be given the nearest office to your college. They don't consider where you stay. As a software engineer, I was put in Data Solutions segment where the primary work was on SAS and DataStage( I wasnt given work in that either). Was given a Mac at first then it was replaced with 6 year old hp and had to spend 6k from my own pocket for that exchange. Minimal coding skills are required as you never get to write any code. All they make you do is documentation of the process going on. For a fresher, whos looking to develop/expand their skills, make sure you know what kind of work and team you'll be put in before joining. Dont just blindly go because the CTC is good. You wont be able to move up from here.
