      Pros

      1) Good team and skilled seniors. 2) Very good development projects.

      Cons

      1) Sometimes might need to stay for more than shift timings to sync up with onshore teammates. 2) I joined straight out of college and still could feel the work pressure and I would say bad WLB (this agin depends on the project, I know many folks from my college who have a very good WLB, this might be little subjective but at least for me, I felt the pressure.
