1. Way too much hierarchy 2. Salary lesser than market standards 3. Career Growth is at snail pace 4. Operations are handled like in a Govt. 5. Very stingy in giving benefits 6. Internal Tech is not good. Luckily got mac, otherwise windows systems are super slow
