Management listens Documentation the most up to date I've seen in any company Training is good Staff is helpful Very Positive Environment Work tools are great Company focuses on optimizing processes and common sense decisions.

Cons

irregular routine work meetings due to drastically different timezones. (not on-call)

Pros

decent opportunities to learn. They invest decently in technology and are always implementing new things

Cons

1-Pay is low 2- work is abundant 3-lot of lazy coworkers and you end up having to their jobs as well. 4-you will get a salary increase offer, once you have found another job and decided to move on.
