      Pros

      Business Culture is a primary focus of leadership and is unmatched. Fast paced environment that provides a lot of learning opportunities. Opportunity for career growth throughout Optum and across all of UHG. Yearly bonuses for performance when business hits goals is a nice addition to salary.

      Cons

      There is a lot of organizational and strategic changes that can be hard to keep up with. Once you get into a role, yearly compensation adjustments can be minimal.
