Work from home, good work/life balance

Cons

Horrible culture. Poor managers. No processes in place. Love to throw around the phrase “building the plane as it’s flying”, which basically means they have no plan. Bonuses are low and hard to come by. They treat employees like just a resource and they have frequent layoffs; so much so that they have an office dedicated to helping you find a different job.
