you have mostly UHG products to work on by this you have less pressure on deliverable's. Flexi on WFH option but totally on your project director Cab facility

Variable Pay - you will get your variable pay at the end of the year and variable pay is 2 digit(10-15 based on experience) Less opportunity of onsite.
