Management is very cooperative. Employees are given importance. People behave well with each other. Learning opportunity is there. There are new and interesting projects that you can be a part of. Other than this we have indoor recreation activities during work hours. It’s useful when we actually need a break, we can opt to play table tennis, chess or read a book at our library.
Cons
It’s a growing organization, so you will need to learn many skills on your own, like quick in decision making and flexibility.
