Pros
You find very talented people in this company. There is a very open culture, with a flat organizational hierarchy and not too many processes that hamper projects. The company is very focussed on a particular domain, and gives importance to quality in the business solutions that are delivered as well as in the software development principles.
Cons
Sometimes things are randomized and there is confusion in what has to be done. Different project teams follow different processes. However this has started getting standardized recently.
