Pros

Most of the products are present for long time and since Oracle is an established company, you can expect a process for everything you do. If you have new ideas, you can push the management to give it a try. And you will be given top priority in upcoming projects along with promotion.

Cons

The process may sometimes seem tedious. You cannot expect more hike or bonus. All the products may not use advanced/latest technologies present in the industry.
