I have worked at Oracle in Sales for 6 years and over all its a great place to be. I have made great money and learned a lot. The culture and management is great. They have a work hard play hard attitude and I love being apart of it. I truly feel that you can go places with some Oracle experience.

Cons

However, the red tape at a large corporation like Oracle is difficult to get a deal done. At times approvals and internal workings can be very frustrating.
