Pros
Decent benefits. Good people to work with. Travel expenses are generous. Depending on the division, some management are awesome at helping you to achieve your goals.
Cons
Lots of admin / self-use (which can also be a pro). Internal approvals can be onerous, but once you know the system and the rules, it's not that difficult to navigate. The amount of burden on a sales rep varies greatly between divisions. Very difficult to get raises and/or make lateral moves that could include a raise. Ability to negotiate your own earnings is very limited. Buyers are largely influenced by their past interactions with Oracle. In some cases that's very positive, but it isn't always.
