      Pros

      Pretty ok pay, everyone is young and fun. Great work/life balance, you can make your own hours and work from home if your manager is relaxed. No micromanaging, and pretty good food on campus.

      Cons

      The commute is rough and there's no bus from the city (which is crazy considering how big of a company Oracle is...), very sexist company, hard for women to advance, the pay is definitely not enough to live on in San Francisco and they brainwash you into thinking that you're selling the best software out there. You're not.
