      The upside for income is awesome and there's a huge sales support infrastructure.

      Cons

      Poor leadership in upper management, customer support is the worst, inexperienced system integration partners and poor go to market strategy. Software license rep sales strategy is at odds with the technology and hardware reps. No real Brand identity.
