Pros

Helpful Colleagues. Very less work pressure compared to other product based companies You will get a lot of time to learn

Cons

Not many that I could find in the first 2 months. It has a learn by your self culture. Not all things can be learnt by ourselves for sure

Pros

Brand recognition, technology depth, earnings potential, fat expense account. Oracle was fair with my customers, unlike another *large* software company I worked in which reps made their number on customer audits.

Cons

Everybody knows about the Oracle sales culture...it will test you. Sales prevention process is overwhelming. Your experience at Oracle is primarily based on your manager and territory. Not really into phone calls from my sales manager at midnight inquiring about a deal status.
