      Flexible work Timings, good work-life balance

      Cons

      The compensation is quite low wrt the Company brand. Its kind of a tradition u won't get bonus hikes within 2 years after joining. The technology used is backdated or extremely Oracle Specific, so not much suitable for your personal growth if u want a generalized skill sets

      Company that keeps investing to make the portfolio a leader in the space. The CX space is growing and there are a ton of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      A lot communication issues and miss steps; if you cannot identify where you are missing out on on your own; You will realize in a few months that you missed out. Too many disparate systems; although these sames systems can provide a ton of information that is helpful.
