      Pros

      Flexible working hours, Good Compensation, knowledgeable colleagues. Altogether for a fresher like me it was quite satisfactory to work with Oracle.

      Cons

      Hikes!.. Oracle doesn't give hikes at all or gives a minimum. It may be not be true in all the departments or wide variety of branches Oracle have throughout the world, but in the branch I used to work, no one gets a hike!

      Work life balance is good. Great employee friendly policies, good amenities, leave policy, etc. Overall a positive experience

      Cons

      Growth is not that great. Initial salary is perhaps on the higher side, but never seems to grow. However, brand name is good
