      1. Zero micromanagement. 2. Great work and life balance. 3. Excellent infrastructure and a clean office with an ergonomic chair.

      Cons

      1. Didn't get the salary hike. This was the main reason for leaving this company. 2. Late work hours. In my case, half of the team was in the US.
