      - A lot of great team work where several Product Managers can work together as a team to bounce and validate ideas towards the best solution given the identified goal. - Great customer community with tools to gather constant product feedback. - Reasonable yet agressive development pace.

      - Tendency to adopt MVP solutions more often than not. - IMHO. not enough focus on true innovation.
