      Pros

      Oracle offers good work-life balance. It is never too hectic. I never had many late night calls. Good flexibility. As long as the deadlines are met. nobody bothers about spending x hours at office. I worked from home for almost 2 years.

      Cons

      For product managers, the pay is on the lower side, compared to other similar product companies. Annual hikes are also not much. So you better negotiate for a good deal at the time of hiring.
