Decent salary (if you can negotiate while joining) Good process(depends up on team) complete oracle stack(again depends up on team) Only good for working mothers.
Cons
lazy and work life balance addicted employees. No proper hikes. danger of getting into comfort zone. Outdated technologies specially in fusion stack. No proper work is getting done even after years of developing aproduct. Oracle acquires and maintains product and not interested in developing in house products. Stay away from fusion apps teams - No technical growth in those teams.
