-- will get loan immediately from any bank with less interest. --small notice period, next company may be good

-- No Job security. Immediately lay off. Oracle works under Trump administration. Oracle has no say to retain the employee. All works according to Trump. -- Only technical work for small chunk of technology , so no growth -- All works according to the manager or director

Hikes dont happen every year and even if it happens, usually very less. Stocks saved me though
