Pros

Senior Management doesn't complain if you need to work from home. Besides that, Oracle benefits such as health care and 401k are really good.

Cons

Salary is not competitive if compared to the market and bonuses are really bad, sometimes nonexistent. The fact that Oracle has acquired many companies has changed the company soul. Now it looks like one place with many different companies inside.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, good management practices. Your managers are always willing to listen. Decisions that are made at the lower management levels are usually very good.

Cons

With Large companies you can get lost in the masses. The communications up the management chain can be laborious (you really have to push to move things up the ladder).
