Pros

Freedom to work; New Technologies to learn; Sky is the limit; Quite transparent; Everything is self service. Overall a very good brand.

Cons

Salary is not as per the work you do. If you join late, growth is slower. Bonus is based on the margins which are hard to come. You need the right connections to grow.

Pros

Nice people, free coffee and free beverages. Work from home is actually quite good.

Cons

No salary increase, not even after excellent performance review. Inflation compensation? forget that too. New ideas are not easily accepted. Slow in the innovation process. Security policy too tight.

Bad place for Project Manager

Pros

-Ability to work remotely -Money is ok -Quarterly Bonus

Cons

-Bad Management/Leadership -Lack of clear roles and responsibilities -No raise, I have worked here for 3 years, and never received a raise. Depending on who you ask you get different answers, most say you need to have a change in Job title. Quarterly bonus is nice, but too inconsistent. -As a PM, this is probably the worst place to work. They dump everything on the PM without notice or warning. PMs are asked to do more, than other organization I have seen or heard of. -Practice Managers are poor, they do not understand the products or workflows they manage, and in a lot of cases they try to micro-manage, which just adds problems to the projects.
