I really like the work life balance this team provides. Here are few positives like Flexibility, Highly technical team members, focused selling methodology, great products to work on.

Cons

Since compensation is tied to sales target sometime you miss your bonus numbers but it's true for all the organizations as well. Increment is not sure every year.
