Enterprise level solutions. Opportunity to work on various products right from apps to middleware, to databases. Good work life balance. You can enjoy if you don't want to take much responsibility

Cons

Very very political company. Siebel management folks sucks and have no care for their employees. No feedback mechanism for manager to keep them fair. Totally at their whim.
