Pros

Coming in the door, you may get an opportunity to make that jump to the next level of responsibility. Getting further advancement beyond that may be less easy.

Cons

Management leans on the use of the stick too much, and the company pays less that what you would expect for its size and maturity of operation.

Pros

Descent family work life balance. Great gym and food cafe. Flexibilty in remotely working. Overall business strategy for the company is excellent in absorbing smaller companies and increasing revenue.

Cons

Salary not competitive. No career growth. Too Large and organization with large layers of management chain. Sometimes looks endless. management sometimes too lax dependent on where you are. Lot of cross team politics.
