I got good opportunity to work in my SUITE8 Team. We will get freedom to learn other technologies and there are so many certifications if we wish we can do.

Cons

It is very tough to change into another project with in Organisation though you ask for a change to manager. Hikes are also not that good. Whoever is getting into the company at the time of entry itself they should ask for more hike.
