      Notable name in the industry Vast product offering

      Cons

      No organization for vision changed patch 3 time in a year and a half (how do you close multi million dollar deals being the rep for 6 months???) Too many people calling in to accounts (typically there are 60+ reps calling in to your customers and that is JUST Oracle) Talking out both sides of their mouth (Cloud is the future buuuut we will support on-prem forever)

      Pros

      This was a fun company a few years ago. I enjoyed going to work and looked forward to the challenge. It was big boy sales with the autonomy and reaponsiability of that statement.

      Cons

      The culture has changed from one of challnge and excitement to one driven by fear. It’s really unfortunate as it was not like that before. Extremely political. Meat grinder at times. Look for a decent manager and negotiace the highest salary you can. You won’t ever see a raise of any substance.
