Pros

Nothing positive to report...commission structure is terrible and many people are quitting. The people on my team are great but that is all the pros

Cons

They will look for any loop hole to not pay their reps. They promote sales reps to managers who should never be managers.

Pros

Good pay for what it is. Always have a decent customer base to sell to. And a well known name that doesn't get hung up on all that often

Cons

Red tap red tape red tape. Upper management very disconnected. Some disgruntled customers can be very hard to deal with
