Pros

You can leverage this job to get the job you actually want

Cons

Recent College Grads Beware! I applied for this role thinking it was a Business Development role where I would be working to build business with potential clients. In reality all of the job postings are for the same position; AT&T sales rep. Thats what this job is. The same guys who harass you in Walmart to switch over. Do no be fooled by the pictures on LinkedIn of the "culture". You are simply required to play dress-up 3 days out of the week where you meet in a rented out office to practice pitching for like an hour. The rest of that time you are in random wholesalers all 30+ minutes away from the office pitching people to switch their phone provider. This organization's structure is closer to an MLM than any corporate entity. I observed multiple instances from management of using unethical sales tactics like taking advantage of vulnerable consumers (i.e. the elderly, non-native speakers). Unless you are desperate and/or have 0 work experience STEER CLEAR

Dear Reviewer, First, off thank you for your feedback as we appreciate feedback regardless of the nature. Second, it is against glassdoor's guidelines to write multiple reviews considering you wrote two with the exact same title. Additionally, I have to say we are a bit confused by this review we do work with retailers but none of them are Walmart. As far as an AT&T Sales Representative role that is all someone who was with our company for a couple days would see. There is quite a bit more involved in the company as far as the available growth and roles available to those that are willing to give it a chance and put in the work. As far as MLM goes, we do not require payment for employment. MLM's require employees to cover the cost of the products they sell. We pay our employees from the jump and offer paid training. We understand that the view you received of the company was limited after only a few days so we understand your reaction and hopefully this clarifies some of it. We wish you the best of luck on your job search and thank you for your input.
