Working with top tier clientele, and helping to manage their customer accounts has strengthened my confidence in client relationship management, and my skills in sales and management. Mentorship and team work is actively encouraged by management. Opportunity to earn commission based on performance with customer accounts.

Talking majority of the day, definitely best fit for a "people person"

Thank you giving me the opportunity to come in and learn. As a recent graduate in may of 2023 I been applying for month and no one was giving me a shot and oracle acquisition did. I love the team, the culture, the opportunity and the management. They’re transparent on how to be better personally and professionally- you’re consistently getting the recognition for the work you put in. Thank you to Noah Dubale for doing my interview he is one of the most genuine people I ever met. He cares about his team and the company he runs. Excited to grow and learn with the company

Cons

I can’t think of any. For some people making commission can be scary but this business you get base pay weekly which makes it easier for people to never stress over their paycheck so they can focus on results and getting the job done. Plus we only work one day on the weekend. Not your typical m-f

Great opportunity with great people!! I love the mentorship- people are always welcoming. There is consistent coaching within management to help you hit your personal and professional goal. If you’re looking to work hard you can get the result you’re looking for. Big pro I was excited about was the travel opportunity. I got the chance to travel regional meeting so much helpful information

Cons

You will get rejected due to the business being sales and marketing. No politics or seniority
