- Traveling constantly (flights, trains, taxis, driving rental cars) can become tedious and extremely tiring overtime. Life v Work balance is almost non-existent
- Management severely lacks empathy, coaches are treated at more “resources” than people. Management is only accommodating to people they find agreeable or likable, those who do not question the current standard or policies
- Coaching clients can be very difficult; you will get constantly yelled at and berated if you do not know an answer to a question and there is very little support for the coach in this regard.
- Very little compensation and promotion opportunities.
- VERY LITTLE training, most learning is done on the jpb
