Pros
work-life balance leaves are not an issue. help provided during covid times is great with vaccination and other medical emergencies. not too much pressure of any kind. sports and other activities are there if you get time from your work you can go.
Cons
no increment for at least 2 years, after that also it not guaranteed. no appreciations no procurement of things like monitor during wfh. no fixed rules or policies for hikes and promotions. No new learnings. old tools and technologies are in use in most projects.
