Cons

Company is too big to easily lose sight of the end goal in your day job Company promotes an independent contributor work culture and less of a team sense Middle management can be more efficient

Starting Package would be nice, especially if its your first switch. Work life balance is awesome.

Cons

They use their own frameworks for anything they develop. Literally appraisal cycle is totally different from other companies. Any how that doesn't matter, because they won't give any salary increments. Lastly you would be as lazy as a sloth.
