Pros

- Good work/life balance - Manager listen to you.... (but do nothing) - flexi timing - good training ...but u have to ask for it. - good salary for management level people - Agile development.

Cons

- No hike..if there is then in general between 3%-6% only. - Promotion with out hike... :( - No good work..... few small - To much Self service..... u have to ask for EVERY thing.... ..so BABY WHO CRY GET THE MILK policy -Buy new company from your money ... Don't come, If u are developer and want to go good work or new technology.

Pros

Easy to balance work and life good working environment nice campus good facilities exposure to the ERP domain of the product you are working on Oracle brand

Cons

No Hike from 3 yrs almost no bonus too Exposure to limited technologies not a great place to build your skill set you need to be too pro-active to work on good projects and learn new technologies
