No work pressure. Flexible timings. Which make employees much stable and stay back.

Cons

No much scope for entry level engineers to make their hands dirty with new technologies. Followed the old traditional technologies and frameworks which make young lads to go out of track of the knowledge. Hikes can be once per 2 years.
