      - Flexible timings - Reimbursements and benefits - Less workload - Good coordination between teams

      Cons

      - Erratic hikes and salaries. No reason whatsoever is given for not giving a hike. - Sedentary work culture. Not good for freshers. - Some teams work on niche technology which may not add up in your resume. - There is not much positive air about innovation from higher management. - Hierarchy is rigid because of which a lot of time is wasted in discussions with the seniors.
