      Its a good place to start your career. You have access to lot of different projects. Work life balance is very good in the company.

      Cons

      Cant think of many cons for the company. But ya since its a big company its highly unlikely to get promotion even after working for a long period of time.

      Very decent work environment. A flat hierarchy for the most parts. You can choose your work aggression, so it is not always stressful.

      Cons

      A weird, unwritten rule about timings and dress culture if your manager is especially a strict person. It is annoying for a fresher. The quality of work is not always good.
