      Honestly could not think of any.

      Slave away. Prepare to work hard and not be appreciated. They hire incompetent new people so it is extra difficult for those who are tenured who have to go through the grueling process of accepting their tasks because management has no other recourse. Unreasonable KPIs. Inhumane and unreasonable because it is far from reality. Even if you do well, you will still be rated low thanks to KPIs that do not make sense. Atrition is so high, so many of us resigned because there is too much to be done and we do not feel like we are growing. Do not expect much growth.
