- for some people it may sound impressive that you work for Oracle - very nice office with lots of amenities

Cons

- no local higher management, every decision is made remotely - working across 3 time zones - hr department isn't there for you - no pay rises to balance inflation - basically no pay rises and no promotions - employee is just another number in a table and you can clearly feel this
