- Absolutely zero increments no matter how hard/smart you work. - Outdated technology - Higher management works like a family, you look after my back & I look after your kind of environment - No appreciation at all. You'll lose motivation eventually.

Cons

-almost no salary increase at all -No diversity at all. My team was composed of people from 1 nation only (%99), which makes it difficult for the other people who is not familiar with their culture. -Too many managers than engineers, who does the job
