Pros

Good access to acquiring various skills and learning experiences. State of the art industry software applications. Beautiful campus, different on-campus dining options, awesome gym facility.

Cons

A lot of freedom/not enough structure. Some people are egotistical, arrogant, not receptive, unwilling to collaborate. Lots of focus on offshoring (e.g., india), which can sometimes cause managing work schedules to become quite demanding/challenging.
