Flexible working hours. Work from home, work-life balance is okay-ish It's a promising career start for freshers. Work culture is likeable.
Cons
There is no pay hike; they always give an excuse of low budget and then recruit freshers with 0 experience, offering them twice the package you hold. No promotions. Dirty politics at higher management. Low upskilling opportunities. Too much work pressure.
