      - Good work life balance - On time salary - They provide RSU - Good work location including GYM, playgrounds extra - You can Join for shorter duration but be prepare for layoff. Even if u genius you may get layoff based on salary or favoritism or politics.

      Cons

      - No hike or 0 % hike - Promotion with peanut amount of stock - Layoff every quarter - Lot of office politics - Oncall may be hectic - Not much career opportunity since you will be working on their internal product which no one outside even aware. - They hire then fire then hire again then fire again, thats the cycle. In my team, one ic2 laid off then again one ic2 was hired then again one ic2 was fired. So they for cost cutting they fire but once they need they hire again.
