Pros

Good salary, good benefits, great team (EMEA CSM Team)

Cons

Oracle is an extremely heavy and complex organization, not very focused on its customers. Being a CSM in this org, despite the fact that the CSM team was truly composed of great people, is a complex position to handle. Sales and CSMs targets, state of mind, and organizations are "by design" meant to fight against each other. Oracle is all about new business, without consideration for Customer Success and contract renewal. This means for example "fake" deals where a customer is undersold additional softwares without any use case, and is left to Customer Success organization with responsibility to renew the contract. Sales Rep sells a fridge to an Eskimo, and expects the CSM to make sure the Eskimo needs it and keep it....
